Maisam is the Jordan Country Director for CEWAS Middle East and has over 12 years of experience mostly in Water, Energy, and Climate Change programs with international NGOs. He is responsible for managing CEWAS activities in Jordan and the region with a focus on regional green innovation in the Water-Energy-Food nexus, enterprise technical assistance, and ecosystem development through partnerships and institutional collaboration.

Maisam holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and an MSc in geophysics from the University of Houston.
