Chef Jihan has executive masters in international hotel management and tourism from les Roche's-Switzerland, and diploma in culinary arts from RACA/Les Roche's-Switzerland, in addition to a BA English Literature .

She is a lead culinary instructor in the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. She previously worked as a Culinary/Service Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Crowne plaza Dead Sea, Millennium Hotel Amman, Radisson Blue –Dubai, and Four Seasons Amman.

Chef Jihan is a board member of Feed the Plant/sustainability, and advisor at the Chef’s Academy of World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS)
